DAY 1: ULAANBAATAR CITY TOUR

     The local guide will meet you at the hotel at 9:00 in the morning and lead you on the trip by walking and a local bus or taxi. Start the tour by visiting Gandandegchilen Monastery which is a gilded deity of Buddha that represents Mongolian and Tibetan unity of spirit and peace.

     Continue the excursion by heading the National Historical Museum of Mongolia. Learn about the country’s rich history from the Stone Age to the present. The museum invites you to step into the 13th century Mongol empire, a highlight is a wide array and full collection of traditional clothes.

     A short walk across the street takes us to the heart of the city, Chinggis Khaan's main square. Monuments at the square lead you to strikingly beautiful architecture and an abundance of history.

     In the evening, enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the hill of Zaisan Memorial, which serves to honor unknown soldiers who died in the fight of the second world war. The local guide will send you back to the hotel by local transportation or you can enjoy your own leisure after the trip was finished.
